The role At Crispa, we run the financial engine room behind ambitious companies. As a Finance & Accounting Analyst, you'll keep clients' books accurate, prepare monthly reporting, and help turn raw numbers into forecasts founders can act on — working directly with senior advisors and modern tooling.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliations for a portfolio of clients

• Prepare monthly management accounts, KPIs, and forecasts

• Support VAT and compliance filings

• Spot issues early and bring clarity, not just data

What you bring

• A degree in finance, accounting, or similar

• 1–3 years in accounting or financial analysis (advisory or startup a plus)

• Precision, ownership, and clear communication

➕ Bonus points:

• Experience with accounting applications or applications that connect directly to accounting SW

• Experience working with LLMs in a production setting

• Startup experience - you know how to move fast without breaking things

• Open source contributions

This role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We are an office-first company and expect you to be present in the office regularly
